Cabela’s Trophy Bucks - Xbox 360

Is this just another Hunting game? or just a Piece of Crap that’s 39.99?

Well, I Really Enjoyed the last Cabela’s African Safari  It was one of the best Hunting games I’ve played in years.  Now I’m Putting Trophy bucks on to see if it lives up to the Hype of the last one or will it be a Piece of crap?

Basic Game :

Well, First things first When you start the game You Noticed The Crap fest Has started , It’s Only got 3 options Career Hunt Options and credits Nothing More nothing less.  The Game looks Great from the menu’s but that’s about how far it goes In Alaskan it was bad but At least it was Playable. In this game They start you in the West coast hunting Random animals Deer , Elk , and Turkeys Then Once the game starts playing you will notice the Huge downfall. The Game is designed so badly When you Try and Walk around Any items that are placed on the ground Block you from moving. Anything! you can’t simply Go around an item because the way the game works if you try to you get even more stuck in to the levels Glitched Items. and if you spook an animal off You can say Restart.   Then they added arcade style Ad-dons such as Slow down , Night vision , inferred , Etc. This game is more Arcade then it is a Hunting game. Remember theses Hunting games walmart has? that’s this game!  But 39.99!

Career & game-play

Lack they’re of , They start you out basically Going from mission to mission Much like an arcade game you don’t pick what kinds of hunts you wanted like in the other Cabela’s Games This one pushes you to the next one to the next.  The game Looks alright. But Movement is Just Bad you can’t Move  They give you a dog to pretty much be your feet and you send him out to do the bird hunting area’s . The dog Actually works! that’s about the biggest thing the game has going for it.   In

Career Modes :

They Give you a Trophy records and Gun library and Stats That’s Pretty much it

Sound :

Man the music is Annoying as it can be and LOUD and the sound effects sound like something from the original deer hunter game from back in the early 90’s It wasn’t well done

Graphics :

The Game menus Look good and the detail looks Really nice but once you  start playing the Animal animations ain’t Very well done . The game Looks Great in some levels in others it looks a Bit funny.  

Final Thoughts :

Rent This game don’t waste the 39.99$ it’s not worth the time or the effort to unlock the achievements This game is aimed for Hunting Sim But it’s Nothing More then a Arcade game. The Movements are made , Animations Look like Trash Save the money or buy African Safari for 20$ It’s better by far.
